Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms govern the YMRTECH VPN service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

The service is provided by YMRTECH LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”).

We provide encrypted tunnel access to the internet over WireGuard. We offer several tiers which differ in what they do with your DNS and how much filtering they apply; the current tiers and their behaviour are described on our vpn service page.

We are not an anonymity service and we do not claim to be. We are a privacy service: we do not record what you do, but we cannot make you unidentifiable to websites you log in to.

2. Your account

  • Give us an email address you actually control — it is how we contact you and how you recover your account.
  • Keep your credentials and device keys to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One subscription is for your own use. Reselling or redistributing access without a written agreement with us is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break any law that applies to you;
  • send spam, or operate bulk unsolicited messaging;
  • attack, scan, or gain unauthorised access to systems you do not own or have permission to test;
  • distribute malware, or operate command-and-control infrastructure;
  • commit fraud, or traffic in stolen credentials or payment data;
  • access, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material;
  • infringe copyright or other rights at scale;
  • interfere with the service or with other customers’ use of it.

We will act on credible reports of the above. Because we keep no activity logs, our usual first response to an abuse report is a request for information we cannot supply — which is precisely the position a no-log service occupies, and it is deliberate.

4. Fair use

The service is sold as unlimited, and it is unlimited in the sense that matters: we do not count your usage against a quota, and we do not record where your traffic went. There is no data cap, and you will not be throttled to a trickle for using the connection.

Unlimited does not mean unshared. Our servers carry many customers at once, and a single connection saturating the link degrades everyone else’s. So:

  • Every connection is given a guaranteed share of capacity and may burst well above it when the link is idle. In practice this means a normal household — streaming, calls, downloads, several people at once — will never notice a limit, while one connection running many parallel transfers at full tilt cannot starve the rest.
  • The limits are applied to the connection, equally, to everybody. They are not applied based on who you are or what you do.
  • Capacity is managed in aggregate. We watch whether the service as a whole is saturated. We do not maintain a per-customer profile of your activity.

We reserve the right to apply these rate limits, and to adjust them as the service grows. Because we do not record destinations, we cannot and do not profile you; if your usage pattern threatens service quality for others, our response is capacity and rate management applied to connections, not to people.

If we ever need to contact you about usage, we will. Suspension or termination under this section is a last resort, and would be based on behaviour that degrades the service for others, not on the content of what you access.

5. Payment, cancellation, refunds

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service up, but we do not guarantee a particular uptime and we do not offer a service-level agreement. The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, for fraud or non-payment, or where we are required to by law. Where we can, we will tell you why.

You may close your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what happens to your data when you do.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we will notify account holders by email before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes a consumer right you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
